今天这个项目就是来治这个的。
一个 skill，装进 coding agent，输出直接变成：先给动作，步骤编号，不铺垫，不复盘，不寒暄。

01 它改了个什么
项目名 i-have-adhd，直白得不讲道理。核心就一件事：把 coding agent 的输出从"小作文"改成"执行清单"。
同一段 AI 回复，装了这个 skill 前后差多少。README 里给了个原样对比，我直接搬过来：

同一件事，Before 那段你得读完全文才能扒出"改哪行"，After 三行直接开跑。
02 背后是 10 条规则
它不是靠一句"别废话"让 AI 收敛，而是写了一套明确的输出规则，核心 10 条：
• 1. 先给下一步动作（Lead with the next action）
• 2. 多步骤任务编号
• 3. 结尾给一个具体的下一步
• 4. 砍掉所有跑题的延伸
• 5. 每轮重申当前状态
• 6. 时间估计给具体数字（分钟，不说"a bit"）
• 7. 让进展可见
• 8. 报错就事论事
• 9. 列表最多 5 项
• 10. 不铺垫、不复盘、不寒暄
第 10 条就是标题里那句"闭嘴"。"Great question"、"Hope this helps"这类开场白和收尾语，规则直接禁掉。
作者说明这套规则改编自一本成人 ADHD 工具书 *The Adult ADHD Tool Kit*，只是把"人该怎么组织一天"改成了"LLM 该怎么回复"。所以名字才叫 i-have-adhd——不需要你有 ADHD 诊断，装了就受用。
对普通人来说，它就是治 AI 啰嗦的通用开关。
03 怎么装
安装方式简单到离谱，就是把一句话粘进你的 CLI：
Install the i-have-adhd skill/plugin from https://github.com/ayghri/i-have-adhd, refer to the repo's AGENTS.md for instructions.或者按仓库的 INSTALL.md 走。装完重启你的 coding agent，调用 /i-have-adhd 就生效。
想要自定义的话：fork 仓库改 skills/i-have-adhd/SKILL.md，换掉你自己的版本。规则全在 SKILL.md 里，明文可改，门槛低。
